Marion made really good ground tofu

Despite my desperate attempts to make sure I’m getting enough protein and vitamins I still keep experiencing hard crashes around 4ishpm everyday that are really starting to get hard to deal with- eating definitely helps but not significantly – I just don’t understand why I’m going through these spells would love any hot takes- I have been trying to drink less coffee as an experiment, like maybe they were caffeine crashes

I also had the thought that maybe it has to do with my anxiety? I’ve been pretty consistently anxious/stressed, often heart beating so fast and or so tense I’m nauseous- so I do also wonder if I’m simply experiencing crashes from that…
