It wasn’t the vitamins

I really am just so stressed and panicked that I’m nauseous all the time – it feels like everything is vibrating and my head is constantly full and my heart loud and I’m just moving through it, zipping myself up and trying to navigate everything while existentially and physically exhausted, while feeling like I could throw up at any moment.

I’ve been eating these, idk if I’m having digestive problems but they do help settle my stomach a little – also drinking nettles
