DOSAS AND A LOVELY DINNER

So dosas are a slightly fermented, blend of rice and lentils- we used to make them all the time at this old cafe I worked at- you soak the rice and lentils then blend them into a smooth batter and let it sit for 24-48hours before frying them into crepes – we love to cook outside ❣️
Marion made this beautiful butternut squash dinner- the stars are the sauce which is a tahini and maple concoction and the jalapeños which were soaked in red wine vinegar and corn syrup
Don’t forget the cilantro !!
